06 Oct 2026 Kerri Rivas: CHP Task Force on Human Trafficking CHP Task Force on Human Trafficking Oct 06, 2026 12:00 PM Coming October 6th, Kerri Rivas on "CHP Task Force on Human Trafficking" Kerri Rivas works with the California Highway Patrol’s efforts to combat human trafficking, bringing a law-enforcement perspective to the identification, investigation, and prevention of trafficking in California. Through collaboration with law enforcement agencies and community partners, her work focuses on increasing awareness, recognizing indicators of trafficking, and helping protect vulnerable individuals. During her presentation to the Rotary Club of La Jolla, Kerri will provide insight into human trafficking, how law enforcement responds to it, warning signs the public should recognize, and ways communities can help support prevention efforts.
